Shipping Policies
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse no later than 2 business days of after receipt of the order. In North America, you will receive a tracking number the night that your order ships. In Europe, you will receive your tracking number the following day. If you have not received a tracking number after the second business days, please contact us throughCustomer Supportand we will provide you with your shipping status.
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by Huetiful to the following destinations:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
- Canada
- U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
- International Shipping (other than Canada)
Alaska and Hawaii Addresses
We now offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $20. Our shipping partner to these states is USPS. Please allow 5-7 days from when you receive your tracking number until delivery. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sunday.
APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
We only accept orders for the 110-volt, US/Canada version of the Huetiful Hair Steamer. Members of the Armed Services who are attempting to purchase the European version of the Huetiful Hair Steamer will be unable to purchase the 220-volt product for their off-post housing at this time. Unfortunately, we can only ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses from the United States. Huetiful does not maintain the 220-volt product in the United States.
We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We DO NOT charge additional to ship to these locations. Three members of the Huetiful Team proudly served in the Armed Services and we will do everything possible to support those who are serving. All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Canada
We now offer shipping to Canada for an additional $25. We charge less than retail shipping costs because we understand that you'll have to pay postal fees and taxes at your post office to receive the product. You will be responsible for Postal Fee ($5) and GST/PST which can range from 5% (Alberta) to just under 13% in Quebec or Ontario. We will honor our 1-year replacement guarantee as well as a 60-day money-back guarantee of $100. Canadian consumers must pay for the return shipping.
U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
We do not ship to any U.S. Protectorates due to our current fixed cost that includes FREE SHIPPING.
International Shipping
Please ensure that you purchase the European Version of the Huetiful Hair Steamer due 220-volt power requirements in the European Union. There are no additional duties or taxes assessed to the listed price.

For those ordering outside of the United Kingdom, you will need the electrical plug adapter that converts the 3-prong plug into a 2-prong plug. The adapter will be included in your order at no cost.
